The term “JustRain” or “the Company”, “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website www.justrain.plus. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website. These terms and conditions govern the purchase of any products listed on our website and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. Prices shown on our website may change but existing orders will not be affected. Payment must be made by credit or debit card. Delivery charges cover most UK mainland areas, but extra charges may apply for remote regions. If additional delivery costs are necessary, we will contact you to proceed or cancel. Next working day delivery is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 12pm or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day. Saturday delivery is not standard and incurs an extra charge. Accurate delivery address and contact details are required. Parcels left without signature are at your risk. Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge. Once goods are delivered, responsibility passes to you. If damage is noted upon delivery, sign as “Damaged” and inform us within 5 days, preferably with photos. Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or criminal acts may impact service, for which we are not liable. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, and refunds will be processed after goods are returned in resaleable condition. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel within seven days of receiving goods by notifying us in writing. Custom orders are not eligible for standard cancellation. Damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 5 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, less any reasonable costs. Exchange rate differences are not our responsibility. We are only liable up to the purchase price of goods. We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of income, profits, or data. Communications will usually be electronic, and by using the website you consent to this. Notices may be served via email, post, or our website. Contracts are binding on both parties and cannot be transferred by you without our written consent. We may transfer or assign contracts as necessary. If a force majeure event occurs, we are not liable for delays or failures in performance. Our obligations may be suspended during such events. If we waive any of these terms it does not mean we waive others. If any term is found invalid, the remainder remain in force. These terms form the entire agreement between us and supersede prior communications. They may be updated from time to time, and orders will follow the terms current at the time of purchase. English law governs these terms and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
