Damages & Returns

In the unlikely event that you wish to return an order, you have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return.

*Damaged or faulty items are eligible for free-of-charge replacements.

*If your order isn't fit for purpose or you've changed your mind, you will be advised to return the order to us directly. A return collection service may be provided by us, at an additional charge (unopened kits only). 

Return Reason: Required

I understand and accept:

An image of the damaged or faulty item(s) is required. Please retain all packaging.

Optional return collection service: £21.50 charge (deducted from refund). Only available for unopened kits. 

Refund deductions will apply to goods deemed 'used' or 'not resaleable as new' or missing parts.
